Scenario:

You have Office 2010 and installed WebEx Productivity Tools 2.32. When you schedule a WebEx meeting in Outlook and you get the error message above.

Solution:

I'm seeing this error almost all the time. To resolve the issue:

Either downgrade/uninstall WebEx Productivity Tools version 2.32 and install version 2.29.
