When starting a meeting with Cisco Chrome and Cisco WebEx Plug-in, Chrome locks up and freezes. You would need to press CTRL ALT DELETE in Windows 7 to force quit the Chrome browser. Chrome might also crash!

Resolution:

- Make sure you have Chrome x32 version not the 64bit since WebEx plug-in doesn't work with it as of this article date.

- Make sure you have the latest Java x32. Download from http://www.java.com.

If that still doesn't work, please close all browsers and programs, uninstall the WebEx Plug-in from Control Panel, Open Chrome and install the WebEx Extension instead of the plug-in from the Chrome store found at this address:

Download WebEx Extension for Chrome
